Dr. Mogel will be the keynote speaker on the opening day of the California Council of Parent Participatory Nursery School’s 61st Annual Convention. She will discuss how parents can meet the challenge of raising self-reliant, optimistic children in a nervous world. Her lecture will begin at 10:00 AM and will be followed by a book signing at 11:00 AM and a one hour workshop entitled More Skinned Knees: Putting the Principles of Effective Parenting & Parent-School Partnerships into Practice at 11:30 AM.
This event is open to the public.
The convention will be held at the Sheraton Four Points, LAX on March 12 & 13 and will feature brunch, roundtable discussions and several workshops.
